How much does pest control cost in Tauranga?

Safety, family and pets
Is pest control safe for children and pets?
Yes. We use micro-encapsulated products with high safety margins. Children and pets need to stay off treated surfaces for about 4 hours, until everything is completely dry.
What do I do with fish tanks and reptiles?
Cover aquariums and turn off the air pumps during the treatment, and leave them off until the house has been aired out.
Will the house smell of chemicals?
No. The products are low-odour and dry clear, without strong chemical smells or greasy residue.
Timelines and results
How long does pest control take to work?
It depends on the pest. Spiders and flying insects are knocked down straight away, ant and cockroach gels take 3 to 7 days, and rodent control takes 10 to 14 days.
Why am I seeing more pests after the treatment?
A short rise in the number of pests you see is normal at first. The treatment flushes them out of their hiding places before it kills them.
How long does a pest control treatment last?
Interior and exterior perimeter treatments usually protect your home for 6 to 12 months, depending on the weather and humidity.
Preparation and our service
Can I clean after a pest control treatment?
Avoid washing the treated skirting boards and walls straight afterwards, so the protective barrier stays in place.
Will the neighbours know a pest controller has been?
No. We arrive in clean, unbranded vehicles.
